- Marinate 500 grams of chicken in mustard oil, one tbsp haldi, salt and vinegar. Set it for an hour or so. Add oil in your kadhai. Add 1tbsp sugar. Add some jeera, 1 dalchini & clove. Add one finely chopped onion. Fry till golden brown. Add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes off. Add 1 chopped tomato and 2 green chillies. Add 1 tbsp salt and red chilli powder. Fry for 5 mins. Add the chicken. Give it a stir.
- Add 1 tbsp garam masala powder. And cover it up for 10 mins. Let the chicken cook in it's own juice. Add 2 small cups of water. And let it cook. After the chicken has soaked up most of the water and you can see the oil and gravy separating, add one raw egg and give it a stir. Add some salt to taste. Top it with a nicely cut boiled egg and serve 😋
