- Take karahi n add oil in it then add marinated chiken in hot oil

- Cover it with lid n let it cook on high flame for 10 to 12 mins


- After that take off the lid n cook it well untill it relise oil

- Take onioun peel n place buring charcol on it then drop oil on it n cover it with lid to add some bbq flavor
