  1. In a food processor, grind cornflakes, for a while, into smaller pieces (please don’t over grind).
  2. In a bowl, add cornflakes with the other coating ingredients. Mix well. Set aside.

  3. Dip the chicken into batter ingredients.
  4. Press the chicken slowly and evenly in coating ingredients.
  5. Deep fry the chicken over medium high heat until crispy and golden brown.
