  10. 1 tbs oyster sauce

  15. 1 inch ginger, crushed or grated
  16. 200 gr broccoli florets
  17. 150 gr button mushrooms, divided by 4

  22. 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Steps to make Chicken Mushroom Egg Rice

  1. For the chicken:
  2. Mix together all the ingredients for the chicken. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  3. For the egg rice:
  4. Heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs. Gently scramble the eggs.
  5. Add rice. Mix well the eggs with the rice.
  6. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Remove from the heat. Put it on the plate.
  7. For the stir fry:
  8. Put the broccoli into boiling water for a minute. Remove from the heat. Set aside.
  9. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.

  11. Add oyster sauce and soy sauce. Keep stirring until the chicken cooked.
  12. Add boiled broccoli. Mix well for a while.
  13. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Lastly, add some water. Cook until thickened.
  15. Add sesame oil so it will smell fragrant.
  16. Serve warm with the egg rice.
